Crabmeat Quiche Recipe

  French Brunch

    




Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can picked crabmeat
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 c. green onions, sauteed
pasty shell, baked

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onions. Pour into baked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
