Baked Spaghetti Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1 lb. thin spaghetti1 large onion, chopped 1 large clove garlic, minced, or garlic powder 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 lb. medium cheddar cheese 6 cups tomato juice salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook spaghetti until tender. While spaghetti cooks, saute onion and garlic in oil until clear. Place spaghetti, onion and garlic in small roaster or baking pan. Add brown sugar, cheese (cut in small pieces) and tomato juice. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix together. Bake in a slow oven (300-325 degrees) for 2 1/2 hours. |
