Ingredients

  • 29 ox. can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • Ice cream (optional)

Directions

Arrange peach slices in ungreased 8 inch square pan; set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Cut butter into mix with pastry blender till it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes or till golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.


Makes 6-8 servings.
