Ingredients
- 6 ozs butter
- 2 ozs icing sugar(confectioners sugar)
- Few drops vanilla essence
- 6 ozs flour
- 2 ozs custard powder
- Filling
- 1 tbblspn butter softened
- About 6 tblspns icing sugar
- 1 tblspn custard powder
Directions
Cream butter and sugar, add essence then dry ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Place on greased trays and bake at 350F for 20 mins.
When cold put together with filling. Filling
Mix butter, icing sugar and custard powder
