• 50 dkg Rindfleisch (that's cow)
  • 20 dkg Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Majoran
  • Thymian
  • Kuemmel (I think you need a german Dictionary for this... - sorry)
  • Garlic
  • 1 tbls Vinegar
  • 1 tbls Oil
  • 2 dkg Flour


Cut the meat into cubes and use all of the spices and rub it all over the meat. In the oil cook onions, til they are a little bit soft. Add vinegar and the meat as well as some

water (or soup) and simmer until the meat is soft. After that (pan still on the oven) use the flour to "bind" the whole thing. Use some more water if the dish gets too dry. Sour Creme tastes good with it. And of course Spaetzle or Nockerl.
