Arrange green beans in a steaming rack. Place rack over boiling water in Dutch oven; cover and steam 5 minutes or till crisp-tender. Set aside to cool. Combine beans and remaining ingredients except lettuce; toss well. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve over lettuce leaves. 4 servings.
