• 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Med onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Bowtie Noodles
  • Plain Yogart
  • 1 to 2 Garlic
  • 8 once can tomato sauce
  • stick of butter (lightly salted)


Brown beef with chopped up onions and salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles

crush up garlic - one at a time and added it to yogart to taste, you may need to let it stand to let the garlic flavor it.

heat small can of tomato sauce and add the one stick of butter and mix.

In a bowl, place serving size of noodles, sprinkle ground beef on top, splash yogart on top, and in the center add a couple of tablespoons of the tomato sauce and butter
