• 4 servings of oatmeal
  • 1 granny smith chopped
  • 1 C grapes
  • 1/2 C nuts (pecans get too gooshy too fast, almonds hold up well)
  • 1/2 C pomegranite seeds
  • yogurt
  • honey


Cook the oatmeal first and let it cool while you're chopping the apple and getting the seeds out of the pomegranite. When everything's ready, stir the oatmeal, apple, grapes, nuts & seeds together. Add enough yogurt to stir well. Add honey to taste.

This will look really gooey, but once cooled it is the best thing in the world on a summer morning. It's good for your digestion, too!
