This is a very easy recipe and quite healthy.
Ingredients
- Rice 2 cups
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- water 1.5 cups
- Shallot 3
- Lemon Grass 4
- Salted Fish 1/4 cut in small cube 1x1x1 cm
- Banana leafs or alumunium foil
- Vegetables: Brocolli, Carrot
- Shrimp Crackers
Directions
Chopped Shallots, cut Lemon grass @2.5 cm long
Mix chopped shallot with lemon grass and salted fish with the coconut milk.
Wash rice, pour water and mixed coconut milk with fish, shallot and lemaon grass.
Cook in the rice cooker until done.
Take banana leaf or alumunium foil, wrap 3 table spoon of cooked rice and grill for 15 - 20 minutes.
Eat with vegetables and Shrimp Crackers
