Flat Bread with cheese topping Recipe

Melt 1/4 stick of butter
Paint on Flat Bread (laid onto a flat cookie sheet)
Sprinkle with Park cheese
Broil till cheese gets just a little brown
Cut bread into serving portions; about 4 out of one slice
Let bread set for a few minutes (at first it's limp)
