Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. loaf
1 cup plus 2 TBL water
2 TBL oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 TBL sugar
1/4 cup dry milk
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Measure ingredients exactly and place in bread machine in the order manufacturer suggests. Bake on sweet bread cycle.
