Ingredients:

1/2 head Broccoli
1/2 purple onion (optional)
1/2 can Black Olives (optional)
3-4 stalks Celery
3 Carrots (diced)
4 boiled Eggs (quartered & sliced)
3-4 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
"Viva-Italian" Salad Dressing (fat free?)

Directions:

Dice each ingredient into small bite size pieces, marinate in Dressing 3+ hours in refrigerator and serve.
