Ingredients:

1 C flour
1/2 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tbsp butter (melted)
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
In a smaller bowl combine eggs, milk, and sugar. Stir rapidly until the mixture is yellow. Add to dry ingredients along with melted butter.
Mix well and pour into a cake tin or individual cupcake pans (makes about 20).
Place in oven for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean

This is a great recipe to do with kids. I did it while babysitting one time and the boys really enjoyed measuring the ingredients and stirring the mixture. It was also fun for them to be able to eat what they had made themselves!!
