Potato Bread Recipe

1 1/2 lb loaf

2 eggs plus enough water to equal 1 cup plus 3 TBL
2 TBL plus 2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 TBL dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBL sugar
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 TBL chopped green onion(tops only)
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Measure ingredients exactly and place in bread machine in the order manufacturer suggests. Bake on white bread setting.
