Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in large skillet coated with non-stick vegaetable spray. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.

Dressing has 2.2 g fat per serving.
