Ingredients:

  • (1/2 lb. per serving)
  • Salt
  • Rock lobster tails
  • Melted butter

Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in the frozen lobster tails and boil 3 minutes for small and 5 minutes for large tails. Drain until just cool enough to handle. With a knife, remove the shell-like covering on the underside of the tail. Cut down the center of the flesh deeply enough to remove the dark vein. Serve with melted butter.

Rock Lobster tails Broiled: Drizzle lobster tails with melted butter and put them on a baking sheet, shell side down. Broil in preheated oven 3-4 minutes.

(1/2 lb. per serving)

Rock Lobster tails are imported frozen from South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. They vary in size from 4 ounces to 1 1/2 pounds.
