* 1/2 cup pesto topped with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. * 1/2 of a red pepper, 1/2 of a yellow pepper, 1/2 of a green pepper chopped and sauteed in 2 tablespoons olive oil. * 1/2 cup chopped ham, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1/2 green pepper, sliced. * 1 to 2 cups of your favorite cheese plus one tablespoon your favorite herb. * 1/2 cup Italian sausage(cooked), 1/2 green pepper, sliced, and one cup mozzarella cheese. * 1 cup domestic or wild mushrooms(Shiitake or porcini) sauteed in 2 tablespoons olive oil. * 1/2 cup sour cream, one tablespoon Dijon-style mustard, 6 cooked and chopped asparagus and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. * 1 cup green onions sauteed in 1 tablespoon olive oil. * 1 cup any fruit, sliced.
Note: These quantities will also work for a 12-inch round Boboli.
