Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon pumpking pie spice (or 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/s tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg)
6 oz package of Ghiardelli semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, pumpkin vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to wet ingredients using a hand mixer until well mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop onto greased cookie sheets by heaping teaspoons.
