Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpking pie spice (or 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/s tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg)
  • 6 oz package of Ghiardelli semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, pumpkin vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to wet ingredients using a hand mixer until well mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop onto greased cookie sheets by heaping teaspoons.
