Ingredients

  • 2c.Olive oil(pomace oil can be used)
  • Juice and rind of 2 lemons
  • 1.5 T. of fresh minced garlic
  • 1T. dried oregano
  • 8 ozs. tomato sauce
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. I would marinate chicken overnight. Then place marinade in sauce pan, bring to a simmer and dunk breast in after grilling for a nice finishing touch.
