Ingredients
- 1/4c soy sauce
- 1/4c red wine vinegar
- 1/4c worcestershire sauce
- 2T Grey Poupon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove crushed
Directions
A real good hint I found out is to ever so lightly saute
the steaks in a real hot non-stick skillet just so they are a little brown on each side. This helps them to be extra tender when you barbecue the steaks, and it helps the marinade soak in better.
Mix the liquids together, and in a seperate bowl, mix the garlic and mustard, then stir in a little of liquid mixture at a time to ensure it won't be lumpy, it's almost like mixing flour and water, you don't just pour in all the water at once, you stir in a little at a time, so it will accept the liquid.
Let marinade for about an hour after you saute the steaks, or if you dont care to saute them, an hour should be long enough.
Barbecue them for best flavor to your liking, or you can broil them, that will work too.
