| Ingredients:
2 T green onions, chopped
1 t fresh thyme 1 t salt 1/4 t allspice pinch each of nutmeg and cinnamon 2 t hot pepper sauce 1 t sugar 11/2 lb pork tenderloin
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the tenderloin. Smear the rub over the tenderloin. Roast covered 30 to 45 minutes or until 150 to 160 on a meat thermometer. This simple recipe always produces rave results. |
