Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • cooking oil

Directions

Cook the chicken breasts in water with salt and spices until cooked and tender. Then shred the chicken and fill the tortillas with chicken, roll them to form the flauta and deep fry them in very hot oil until crispy.

Serve with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced avocado and cheese on the top. If you like salsa you can try them with salsa and smashed frijoles.
