Ingredients

  • 1/2 cold jicama cut into match sticks
  • 1/2 cold avocado cubed
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 cold cantaloupe cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the jicama, avocado, strawberries, cantaloupe and red onion in a bowl. Segment the oranges and add them to the bowl squeezing the remaining orange juice pulp into the bowl. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
