Ingredients
- 1/2 cold jicama cut into match sticks
- 1/2 cold avocado cubed
- 2 oranges
- 1/4 cold cantaloupe cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the jicama, avocado, strawberries, cantaloupe and red onion in a bowl. Segment the oranges and add them to the bowl squeezing the remaining orange juice pulp into the bowl. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
