Can be thinned with chicken broth if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 14oz can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs minced fresh lemongrass
  • 2 Tbs dark soy sauce
  • 1 TBS red pepper flakes
  • 1 TBS sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion tops, chopped

Directions

Cream brown sugar with peanut butter. Slowly stream in sesame oil. Combine with lemongrass, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and garlic. Add coconut milk a little at a time, stirring to combine. Add green onion and blend through evenly.
