boil bowtie pasta
cook the chopped onion on stove
put sauce in to pan with onion
cut up the tomato
put both the tomato and fresh spinach into pan with the other
let simmer until chicken is done
after chicken is cook cut up into slivers and put into pan
last pour the pasta into the dish
