Ingredients

  • 4 ounces light cream or milk
  • 2 ounces hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • 3/4 ounce orange-flavored syrup or liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce amaretto or almond-flavored syrup

Directions

1. Steam the light cream until hot, frothy, and doubled in volume.
2. Pour into a mug.
3. Pour the hot espresso, syrup, and amaretto into the frothy cream
and stir gently.
