Ingredients:

  • 1 c. dairy sour cream, whipped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2/3 c. sifted flour

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in order given. Beat and blend well. Put 1 tbsp. of batter in hot Norwegian waffle iron. Cook until golden-brown

Makes 35 waffles. 4 to 6 servings.


Note: Can be prepared in a regular waffle iron. Use a double recipe.",0,","
