Ingredients

  • When I make pasta salad, I use a jar of Cara Mia Marinated Artichoke hearts. I drain them saving the dressing and cut them up in with my other ingredients. I then just add to the dressing left in the jar. It's a lovely mix of oil, vinegar and spices. I add squeezed garlic and more oil and vinegar as needed...also some Dijon mustard. The trick in my opinion of good pasta salad is to dress the pasta while it is still very warm. Then add the other ingredients.
