Ingredients:

2 tsp Butter and/or Margarine
¼ Cup Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Sweet potato, shredded
¼ tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Optional:
1 slice Bacon
1 Tbsp Pecans, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add butter/margarine to heavy frying pan. Place approximately 1/3 of the total into patties. Fry over medium high heat until browned. Turn, and fry until browned. Serve.

Makes about 3 patties.
