Irish Potatoes Recipe

Sprinkle the sugar on the coconut. Add the half & half and mix gently. Scoop by 1/2 tablespoons and roll into balls. Place cinnamon in a small zip-lock bag and shake "potatoes" in cinnamon until coated.
