Grape-Nuts Custard Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts
2 cups milk 3 eggs 1/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Soak Grape-Nuts in 2 cups milk for 30 minutes. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Stir in milk mixture. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Set dish in a basin of hot water. Slide the basin into the oven. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Chill. Yield:6 servings.
