Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, curry powder and honey. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time. Serve over mixed greens; fresh spinach and mandarin oranges; or orange slices, avocado wedges, kiwi slices and red onion rings arranged on Boston, Bibb or leaf lettuce.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
