maryland crab cakes Recipe

1 lb. crab meat (lump)
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 16 saltine crackers (small)
1 egg

clean crab meat and take out any shells
mix all ingredients together.
form into patties
fry until golden brown.
