Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon
  • Flour tortillas
  • Guyre cheese, grated
  • dried dill
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • capers
  • sour cream
  • butter (optional)

Directions

Use a quesadilla maker or make carefully in non-stick skillet. Place tortilla on quesadilla maker or in skillet. Spreas 1/2 cup grated cheese evenly over tortilla, follow with a single layer of thinly sliced smoked salmon, sprinkle with dill and freshly ground black pepper, top with 1/2 cup additional grated cheese. Cover with second tortilla and cook for 4-5 minutes in quesadilla maker or 2-3 minutes per side in skillet, until lightly browned. Use small amount of butter to brown the tortillas if desired. Slice into wedges and garnish with sour cream and capers. Great appetizer or light meal.
