Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast (enough for at least 1 per person if chicken breasts are large...2 each if small)
  • 1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

Season chicken breasts with salt, lemon pepper, and red pepper flakes as desired. Place in large container with tight fitting lid. Cover with Italian Dressing and seal. Let marinade at least 1 hour (this is better if marinated in the fridge overnight).

Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Place chicken breasts on pan (single layer) and cover with more foil. Bake 350 for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Uncover and bake until slightly browned. Do not overbake or chicken will be dry.

**This is also good for grilled chicken
