Ingredients

  • 1 c. Quick Cooking Oats
  • 3/4 c. Milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Walnuts opt.
  • Makes 12

Directions

-Combine oats with milk and set aside for 15 minutes.
-Stir dry ingredients into wet until just moistened.
-Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.
