Ingredients

  • - 2 cups plain yogurt
  • - 1 cucumber,peeled,seeded,coarsly ground
  • - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • - 1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
  • - 1 teas grated onion
  • - 1 teas olive oil
  • - 1 teas. chopped fresh dillweed
  • - or 1/2 teas dried dill weed
  • - salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions

1 - Drain yogurt and cucubmer in separate cheesecloth line colanders. Combine yog, cuc, garlic, lemon juice, onion, olive oil, dillweed, salt and pepper in bowl and mix well.

2 - Serve as a dip with fresh veggies or as sandwich sauce for gyros.
