Floral Scented Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup flowers, chopped
  • whole flowers for garnish

Directions:
Place water and sugar in a heavy saucepan and stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil over medium heat Stir in flowers, lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Pour into an ice-cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. Garnish with whole flowers and serve.



Lilac, lavender, rose, geranium, or orange bergamot petals scent this light sorbet. Perfect for refreshing the palate. A luscious close to any meal!
