Kaffir lime leaves are a thai staple and can be found in markets carrying Southeast Asian produce.


  • 720 milliliter bottle of sake
  • 8 fresh kaffir lime leaves, crushed


In a glass pitcher, combine all of the ingredients. Regrigerate and allow to infuse for 48 hours. Strain.
