Whitford's Creamed Beef Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
4 Tbs Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup sherry 1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas;defrosted & drained 3 cups chipped beef toast points
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream, milk, and mushroom soup and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add the sherry and peas, then simmer for 5 more minutes. Add the chipped beef and simmer for5 more minutes. Pour over toast points and serve. From "The WASP Cookbook"
