Garden Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

  Greek Salad

    




Ingredients:
4 cups cooked radiatore (nugget) pasta
2 c. thinly sliced cucumber
1 c. chopped red bell pepper (1 Med)
1/2 c. red onion, sliced (1/2 small)
1/4 c. Kalamata or Greek olives,
pitted and cut in half.
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz) kidney beans
rinsed & drained
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese in glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Top with cheese. YUM!
