This is as authentic as it gets for those of us fans of North Woods Inn. I still miss their 2 salads and garlic bread lunches!!!

  • 3/4 cup sugar, or to taste
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Combine red cabbage and onion in large bowl. Stir in sugar and set aside to meld flavors.
