Ingredients:

Fresh garlic (to taste, I like a lot)
1/2 red potatoes
1/2 brown potatoes
(or sub 1/2 golden for red)
heavy whipping cream
real butter
chives
salt

Directions:

boil and peel potatoes
mince garlic and add
smash together
whip heavy cream for approx 3 minutes then add to potatoes
add chives
mix
add butter and salt to taste
