Sandwich Cake (of loaf) Recipe

cut all crust off of bread
put three pieces end to end
layer chicken salad 1/2 inch thick
layer 3 more pieces of bread
layer of tomatoes sliced somewhat thin
layer another layer of bread
layer of ham salad
layer of bread
Beat cream cheese with a little butter until light
spread over entire "cake" and leave in fridg till firm

Cut like a cake and serve
