Ingredients:

1 Lb ham
1 Stalk celery
1/2 medium onion
2 or 3 sweet pickles
1 hard-boiled egg

Directions:

Everything goes through the meat grinder which gives it a much better texture than what you achieve with a food processor. Stir in Hellman's mayo, enough to make it aws creamy as you like. Freshly ground pepper is a nice finish...salt is unecessary as both the ham and the mayo are salty enough.

My secret for making the best ham salad is the old fashioned meat grinder I use. I don't really measure the ingredients, so these are an approximation.
