Ingredients:

  • 8-16 ounces crumbled blue cheese ( I like it loaded )
  • 1 pint of Mayo (NOT salad dressing)
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 6 ounces of butter milk
  • 3 ounces of skim milk (optional)
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Small onion (pureed or finely crushed) to taste
  • 1-2 cloves garlic (pureed or finely crushed) to taste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground fine black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and only 2/3 of the blue cheese. Mix well with a large spoon and adjust the seasoning to taste. Chill until needed, and, when serving, sprinkle some of the remaining cheese over top of salad for presentation. What you don't use, save. To make a dip of this dressing, just cut back on the liquids to taste
