Be careful when handling those jalapenos because your hands can start to burn - if possible, use plastic gloves.
- 2 jars jalapeno pepper (whole)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 can bean dip (9 ounce)
- 1 can chicken spread (4.25 ounce)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Use a small amount of grease on a large cookie sheet.
2 Drain, halve, seed, and rinse jalapeno peppers. Then rain the jalapeno peppers on paper towels one more time.
3 In a small bowl, stir together the bean dip and chicken spread. Stuff the peppers with the mix, then sprinkle the stuffed jalapenos with cheese. Arrange the peppers on the prepared cookie sheet.
4 Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. Top the stuffed jalapenos with sour cream immediately before serving.
