Ingredients:

1 pkg or can salted, mixed nuts
cooking spray
cayenne pepper (or spice mix to your liking: garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder etc)

Directions:

Heat broiler. Spread nuts on nonstick baking sheet. Give pan a shake to distribute nuts evenly.
Spray surface of nuts evenly with cooking spray.
sprinkle with spice(s). Place under broiler and watch carefuly. Give stir after 1 minute. Continue broiling until fragrant and browned.

! Won't take long under broiler. Keep an eye out as burning can occur quite quickly.
