Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbl. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbl. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbl. fresh chives or 1 tsp. dried chives

Directions:
Puree garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, buttermilk and parsley in a blender until creamy and smooth. Stir in chives.
